We offer various travel vaccinations, blood tests, ear wax removal and minor ailment treatments.
Hope Pharma Solutions refers to:
- This website Hope Travel Clinic, including any subdomains and any other website through which the owner makes its service available.
- All travel vaccinations.
- Booking system software, applications, scripts, or any documents relating to any of the services mentioned.

Our booking system and confirmation:
When making a booking and placing an order for one of our services at our clinic, you will receive a Booking/Order confirmation. Once a successful payment for the service you have chosen has been received, we will accept that it constitutes that you consent to that service, our terms and conditions and that you will be subject to our normal cancellation policy (detailed below).
When you register to make a booking or create an account, it is your responsibility to ensure that you provide all the required data on the booking form. It is also your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.
Users are responsible for keeping their login details confidential and safe. All users have to create their login details and we do not have access to this information. Users are required to choose passwords that meet the highest standards of strength permitted by our software.
Users are required to inform the owner immediately via the contact form if they think their personal information, user account, account access, or personal data has been compromised, violated, or stolen.
Account Termination, Suspension, or Deletion:
We reserve the right at our sole discretion, to suspend or delete at any time and without notice, user accounts which deem inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of our terms and conditions.
All content available on Hope Travel Clinic is owned or provided by the owner or its licensors and reserves all intellectual property rights for any such content. All care is taken to ensure that the content does not infringe any applicable legal provision or third-party rights. However, it may not always be possible to achieve such a result.
Users may not copy, download, share, modify, translate or edit content in any way that is not necessary or implicit in the proper use of the service. Where explicitly stated on the Hope Travel Clinic website, the user may download, copy or share some content for its sole personal and non-commercial use provided that copyright attributions are followed.
All our services are subject to receiving the full payment in advance of any service carried out. All prices are visible and completely transparent to all users before any purchase is concluded. All services are inclusive of taxes and costs.
If the payment fails, the owners are under no obligation to complete the booking or provide the service until the full payment for the service has been received in advance. The fees, the service, and timings are described below:
All service descriptions are published with the greatest accuracy technically possible using various media to relay information including but not exclusive to; images, videos, and text. The specific service will be outlined at the time of purchase.
Time of Purchase
The services and the turnaround time are detailed before the purchase is complete. The user must review the service information before making a booking.
Paying for any of our services determines our contract concluded. The user will receive via email, a booking confirmation and a payment receipt to the email address provided by the user. The booking confirmation will include our Booking Policy.
The booking policy includes the following that is shared with users before making a booking. All users have to confirm that they have read and understood the booking policy before completing the booking.
- Please ensure that you bring your photo ID with you to verify the details you have entered into the booking system.
What is the user obligation?
When completing booking your appointment successfully you accept the responsibility that:
- You will attend your booking on the date and time agreed.
- You will comply with the booking policy to ensure that we can retrieve an accurate swab.
- You will comply with the instruction provided to you at the time.
- You consent to the swab collection procedure associated with your test as detailed on our website.
- You accept our method of releasing your results will be via email to the email address you provide.
- It is your responsibility to check that the information you provided is accurate.
Rights of the User
Withdrawal – The user may withdraw from the confirmed booking within 14 days of completing the booking, but cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if it is within 48 hours of the confirmed date and time of the booking appointment. The withdrawal period expires 48 hours before the date of the appointment.
To withdraw within 14 days of making the booking, please email, email@example.com or email us via the online portal with the reasons why the user wishes to withdraw.
Users who withdraw within the withdrawal notice period will be reimbursed by the owners for all payments received for their booking. Such reimbursement will be made within 7 working days.
All users have the right to cancel their booking before the date and time of their confirmed booking to receive a refund (-5% fee). All cancellations will be subject to a 5% fee to cover the cost of processing the cancellation and will receive their refund within 7 working days.
Rearrange your appointment
The user can reschedule their appointment any time before the scheduled time of their appointment without incurring any fees.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Hope Pharma Solutions takes it very seriously if any of our staff is treated in an abusive or violent manner. Our staff should not be subjected to abuse or harassment from patients or their relatives. All our staff are trained to deliver the highest level of customer service; to be polite, helpful and make customers feel more at ease whilst taking the swab. The staff understands that this process can elevate the stress levels of our patients, however, under no circumstances will aggressive behaviour be tolerated. If the abusive and aggressive behaviour continues, that patient will be asked to leave the clinic immediately and the police will be contacted if the instruction to leave the clinic is refused.
The owners will endeavour to limit any service interruptions to a minimum. However, service may be interrupted due to maintenance, system updates, power shortages, or any other unforeseeable circumstances outside of the owner’s control. In the event of any service interruptions, all users will be informed appropriately.
If the service can not be offered at a later time and date convenient to the user and the owners, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes and modify these terms and conditions at any time. In this event, the user will be notified of any changes in advance. If the user continues with the booking it will constitute the user’s acceptance of any changes made to the terms and conditions.
All disputes should be brought to the owner’s attention to try and resolve any dispute amicably. The user must follow our complaints procedure as detailed in our complaints policy.
